After taking a class on the history and academic study of comics/graphic narratives, I began exploring them as a new method of storytelling and education, using the unique relationship between word and image to produce a new type of meaning. Click on images to view.
Who Is Mother?
This comic was created as the final project for my Graphic Narratives elective in high school. Consumption and body horror tell the story of motherhood, sacrifice, and generational trauma.
Misplaced fAIth
This comic was created for the 2024 Sci-Fi Futures Youth Challenge held by the United Nations' Office of Disarmament Affairs and won first place in the Webtoon category. It explores the consequences of relying on artificial intelligence through two fictional warring powers.
